The Bonding Process ;

If you have a friend or family member that was just arrested or is currently in jail, the first thing to do is make sure you have their full name, date of birth, what their being charged with and their bond amount. If you do not have all of the information, it is okay, we can still help you! Second thing to do is have the premium (10% of the full bond*) and collateral. If not, we can still help. Payment plans are available and it is not determined by your credit and collateral is not always needed. Every bond we do is determined on a case by case basis. It depends on the person you are trying to bond. For example, are they a resident and for how long, their criminal history, have they ever missed a court date, are they employed and length of employment are part of the determination we consider. BUT just because they have a record or they are not currently employed, it will not keep us from helping you. Once a determination is made then the next step is that you meet with one of our agents to pay the premium and sign the necessary paperwork. Then the agent goes to the jail and posts the bond(s). This process does not take long at all and can be done in a matter of minutes and it does not matter what time of day or night, we will help. Also, there is no such thing as a "small bond" we treat all bonds the same. Once the defendant is released from jail, they have 24 hours to come into the office and fill out their portion of the paperwork unless other arrangements have been made.
